Booking

Booking online is free. You pay at the shop after your appointment; the prices on the website include VAT. Walk-ins are welcome when a barber is free.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge until 4 hours before it starts, with the link in your confirmation email. After that, please call the shop at (to be completed).

Arriving late

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten the treatment or move your appointment, so the next client is not kept waiting.

No-show

If you do not come and do not cancel, the slot is lost for another client. After repeated no-shows we may ask you to book by phone instead of online.

Children

Children under 16 come with a parent or guardian.
