What we process and why

  • Bookings — your name, phone number, email address, an optional note and the details of your appointment, to carry out the booking you ask for (contract): confirmation, reminder, changes.
  • Contact form — your name, email address, optional phone number and message, to answer you (legitimate interest).
  • Security — a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, to stop abuse of our forms (legitimate interest). We do not keep your IP address itself.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Who receives it

Only our team, and the providers who host the website and send its emails on our behalf, bound by a processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Booking details are anonymised 24 months after the appointment; what is left is kept for our accounts. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer them.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, export or erase your data, or object to or restrict its use: write to (to be completed). You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
