What we collect

When you send the enquiry form or an application, we receive what you typed into it, along with the time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. Those last three are kept so that we can tell a real message from an automated one.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and then for two years. Applications are kept for twelve months.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
